Package Your Device
Carefully place the item back into its original manufacturer packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories to ensure a full refund.
Affix Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your shipping box, ensuring any old labels are covered.
Drop Off and Track
Hand over your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once our technicians inspect the hardware, your refund will be processed within 3-5 business days.
